  • slight reformatting of the luatools call section
  • --file-line-error added to the luatex options

ctxtools.rb:

  • Try no less then 5 separate filenames for norwegian patterns: 'nohyphbx.tex', 'nohyphb.tex', 'nohyph2.tex', 'nohyph1.tex', 'nohyph.tex'.

  • Two extra macros: \footnotereferencefrom, \footnotereferenceto, intended to fix a cross-referencing problem

enco-pfr.tex:

  • load one of the two ToUnicode mark files, and take advantage of the new pdftex engine support for ToUnicode, if available.

syst-ext.tex:

  • Two new macros: \incrementcounter and \decrementcounter.

syst-pdt.tex:

  • bootstrap \pdfgentounicode, if available

  • line length parameters maximized (250 => 255)

lang-all.xml:

  • document the norwegian pattern files

lang-no.hyp:

  • hyphenation exceptions, sourced from nohyphbx.tex
