\enabledirectives

Summary

The command \enabledirectives is used to switch on special features.

Settings

\enabledirectives[...,...]
[...,...]name

Description

You get a list of directives with context --directives. You can also set these in contextcnf.lua.

Here are few interesting ones:

  • backend.pdf.fixhighlight see Annotations#Markup
  • backend.pdf.nounicode=XYZ anti-accessibility, replace all characters in the PDF by "XYZ" (or whatever) if you try to copy/extract the text
  • logs.errors=* make warnings errors
  • logs.quitonerror=* stop at every error
  • pdfview.method=auto define the default PDF viewer
  • references.bookmarks.preroll process macros in PDF bookmarks
