It can be used for example to insert a table of contents local to a chapter. <{{code>|insidesection</code> }} only works with the <{{code>|\startchapter}}, {{code|\startsection, …</code> variants}} and company, not with <code>\{{cmd|chapter}}, \{{cmd|section}}, …</code>and co.
