Making the text in examples bigger

I wasn't sure whether I should use \tfd and \setupbodyfont[big] in every example or not. On the one hand, it makes the text much more legible. On the other, I find it pollutes the source code and distracts from the relevant parts.

It'd be great if we could have some "hidden code" inside <context> tags somehow, or at least some other way to control font size (and margin size).
