Syntax
\CAP{...} | |

Description
Obsolete in MkIV. In MkII, changes letters preceded by \\
to small capitals.
Example
\contextversionnumber\crlf \CAP{A \\user \\sometimes \\needs a SMAL\\L cap\\ital}
