\framed

Summary

The instances of \framed are used for wrapping frames, margins and/or backgrounds around blocks of (short) text.

Instances

\unframedan instance with the frame turned off by default
\fitfieldframedan instance suited for wrapping interactive form fields

Settings instance

\FRAMED[...=...,...]{...}
...=...,...inherits from \setupframed
{...}content

Description

Note that \framed is not actually an instances of framed. It has its own historical (but compatible) definition.
