Document Titles

This is totally basic, but I could not find a natural way to this in Context

In LaTeX

\documentclass{article}
\begin{document}
\title{How to do this in Context}
\author{The author}
\date{July 26, 2005}
\end{document}

In ConTeXt

The author of this entry is looking for a solution for the described problem.
