use rsync instead of curl (does everyone have curl installed?); it also preserves executable bit
* Download <code>first-setup.sh</code>:
$ curl rsync -o first-setup.sh httpav rsync://minimals.contextgarden.net/minimals/setup/first-setup.sh.
* Run it and go make tea:
