Another way is to run ConTeXt the <tt>context</tt> executable indirectlyvia <tt>mtxrun</tt>, as follows:

mtxrun --autogenerate --script mtx-context ... filename.tex

Either if Running ConTeXt in either of these options ways will create <tt>luatex-cache</tt> inside the <tt>/tmp</tt> directory, rather than the user's home directory.
