Sometimes <tt>width</tt> must be adapted to a "local" <tt>\hsize </tt>
(the actual text area used by TeX to determine line breaks).
For example:

Here we use <tt>\setlocalhsize</tt> after <tt>\startitemize</tt>to setup the localsize:
