Other possible values for <tt>location</tt> are: <tt>{top,left}</tt>, <tt>{top,middle}</tt>, <tt>{top,right}</tt>, <tt>{middle,right}</tt>, <tt>{middle,left}</tt>, <tt>{bottom,left}</tt>, <tt>{bottom,middle}</tt>, and <tt>{bottom,right}</tt>. Since <tt>{middle, middle}</tt> is the most commonly used value, it has a shortcut—<tt>location=middle</tt>.
If you use <tt>{*,left}</tt> or <tt>{*,right}</tt> and print double-sided, then also add <tt>duplexdoublesided</tt> as an option; for example <tt>location={duplexdoublesided,top,left}</tt>. This ensures that the page paper is moved appropriately on even pages.
