Changes

Compiling the above by using {{cmd|bTABLE}} and {{cmd|eTABLE}} instead of {{cmd|bTABLEnested}} and {{cmd|eTABLEnested}} in the setup for <textt>headertable</textt> one notices the need for the nested type.
