Added information about the two protected pages.

There are currently two protected pages: the [[Main Page]] and [[Read Me]]. The main page is protected to stop spammers from messing with the <em>entrance point</em>. The readme is protected because it is not meant to be changed without changing the original mreadme.pdf.
