for a complete list.
Perhaps the most useful system modes is are <code>*mkii</code> and <code>*mkiv</code> whichdetermine whether MKII or MKIV is being used. This These modes are handy when youwant different setups for MKII and MKIV. (The complementary <code>*mkii</code> does not exist; insteadyou may use <code>\doifnotmode{*mkiv}</code> etc.)
