\starttextrule ... \stoptextrule

Summary

The environment \starttextrule ... \stoptextrule is used to place some text with rules around it

Settings

\starttextrule{...} ... \stoptextrule
{...}	text

Description

Typesets a horizontal rule on top of the text between \starttextrule and \stoptextrule with the text in {...} inbetween and a rule at the bottom.
