two new bugs
* enco-ec.tex: \textmu should be upright, even in the ec encoding
* Some trickery is needed to get utf working in mathml
* there is a typo in core-reg.tex. (\gobblethr*e*arguments)
* \switchtobodyfont no longer supports undefined bodyfont sizes, instead it reverts to a known size. This is incompatible with the old behaviour.
