→Running MkII: mention texexec itself
The English interface for both pdftex and xetex is automatically managed by <tt>fmtutil</tt>.
Just run
$ texexec <myfile>
to compile documents using pdfTeX, or
$ texexec --engine=xetex <myfile>
for XeTeX.
