Add some issues to be checked
* combine the current 'context' extension with the new 'ConTeXtXML' extension
* next update: add Category tags to the redirect pages
Bugs:
* check the test of content-changes versus test file, it seemed overly restrictive, and is now probably too lenient
* sometimes after editing a purge action is needed. Typically after a save error, but no direct cause found yet.
